Conscious Leadership Day ~ April 2019
April 30 @ 8:30 am - 5:30 pm$99.00
Wouldn't it be great to have a day of working ON your business, rather that IN your business? You don't want to miss out on this day!
Welcome to Conscious Leadership Day! Join us and like minded business owners, healers, coaches, authors... to disconnect from your daily grind and work on your business or book or project in a beautiful and energetically supportive space.
After a meet and greet and a cup of tea or coffee we will start our day with a mindful meditation to connect you to the sacred, your higher self, to help guide your day.
Then you can participate in a training and/or mastermind ~ depending on what is offered each month. These are usually geared toward growing and supporting your business and often have a personal growth element as well.
You may choose to work with one of the available healers for a short session. A great way to try a new medium of healing. Or you may just take the day to sit and work, meditate, read, whatever you have been waiting to find the time to do.
These are monthly opportunities to disconnect to the digital world and genuinely connect with yourself, others and the sacred.
This month learn how to use behavioral styles to:
- Elevate strengths for yourself and your team
- Leverage weakness for yourself and your team
- Communicate more effectively
- Motivate your team members
- Create compensation packages that are a win/win
Additionally there will be masterminds you can participate in and you are welcome to enjoy the rest of the day working, studying, meditating etc. in the energetically supported space of The Botanique Fort Collins
Optional Healing services will be offered for an additional fee.
Our Host this month:
Cheri Corrado has been an entrepreneur for almost 25 years. Her first business venture she and her partners started with 20 associates in one failing office and have grown it to now 29 offices with over 4000 associates. She was able to retire at age 40 and pursue a career in consulting. She has been trained by Bayne Henyon of Corporate Consulting to consult million dollar businesses and use his preferred behavioral assessment. She then was trained by Gino Wickman on his Entrepreneurial Operating System and is attending a training by Michael Abelson on the DISC to have a deeper understanding of this tool she has used for 20 years.
She left consulting because she missed being actively engaged as a business owner and working with and developing her own team. In addition to her ownership in the businesses that allowed her to retire, she now owns Wagz Pet Market and Grooming and has become a partner in The Botanique Fort Collins.
Cheri is very passionate about using Behavioral assessments to help people work in their genius zones. She is always happy to help business owners improve their businesses so that they can have a successful business and also have time to enjoy life!
